What this bot does

PrivateFlareBot is a service bot of the Privateflare platform. One of our users has connected your domain to their self-hosted Privateflare installation, and the bot performs technical checks:

• Domain availability check — a short GET request to confirm the site responds and is reachable.
• SSL certificate preparation — a pre-check before ACME (Let's Encrypt) domain validation.
• Uptime monitoring — periodic checks that the domain is still online.

How to identify the bot

The bot sends a minimal HTTP request with the following header:

The bot is safe

• The bot does not crawl your whole site and does not index content.
• It requests a single page and reads only the response headers and the beginning of the body.
• It does not submit forms, does not attempt to log in, and performs no actions on your site.
• It runs at a low frequency and does not create load.

Бот отправляет минимальный HTTP-запрос с таким заголовком:

• Бот не сканирует сайт целиком и не индексирует контент.
• Бот запрашивает только одну страницу и читает лишь заголовки ответа и его начало.
• Бот не отправляет форм, не пытается авторизоваться и не выполняет никаких действий на сайте.
• Бот работает с низкой частотой и не создаёт нагрузку.
